I'm Charlotte van den Berghen, a registered career development professional (RCDP) and the founder of Brighter Careers Coaching.

I am an experienced qualified Level 6 Careers Advisor on a mission to empower and inspire young people, helping them make informed and confident decisions about their educational and career pathways.

With experience working in various sectors across London, I provide impartial guidance on the wide range of career opportunities available. From finance and technology to healthcare and the creative industries, I help students explore all options, equipping them with the insights and skills needed to make informed decisions and approach their careers with confidence. My aim is to keep options open and support students in finding the path that best suits their strengths and aspirations.
