Charlotte van den Berghen is the founder of Brighter Careers Coaching.  Charlotte is a qualified Level 6 Careers Guidance Practitioner and Coach based in Wargrave, Berkshire.

Her mission is to help people make realistic choices about their education, training and work by providing the right advice, information and guidance.

By meeting with individuals she can navigate their career pathway with clarity and confidence bringing a wealth of experience to support her students.

With extensive experience across a variety of schools, both independent and state-maintained, Charlotte supports students in both face-to-face and virtual settings, offering flexible guidance that meets each student's unique needs.
